2. Then Install the drivers with your phone connected to your Computer, when it finished disconnecting your LG G2 phone from your computer.
3. Now turn your LG G2 phone off, then click continuously on the up volume and connect your phone to your PC.

13. Then click on Clear Phone Software update registry.

14. No need to choose the desired language, it automatically changes to English as a default setting.
15. Finally, you can click OK.
16. You must wait a minute for the LG Mobile Support tool to recognize the LG G2 device.
17. When you wait this process, may take 5 minutes the tool to recognize it.
18. The software will start the extraction on your device.
19. When the process reaches 100% your LG G2 will reboot.

1. Extract Kdz Firmware and the other file to your computer local disk, we recommend saving this kdz and LG driver to the desktop for easy access later.

2. Make sure your LG X Mach is fully charged or at least has 75% of battery capacity before flashing process.

3. To avoid failed when detecting your LG phone the LG driver should installed correctly on your computer or PC.

4. If you see any error when installing LG driver, try to install Visual C++ Runtime Library first.

5. Now, go to LG flash tool 2014 folder, and run it as administrator. (right click at LG Flashtool2014.exe - select run as administrator).

• Number 1: At Select type, you can choose 3GQCT
• Number 2: Select DIAG at phone mode drop-down menu.
• Number 3: Browse where your kdz saved on your computer drive.
• Number 4: Click normal flash, it will Flash ROM without losing any data. Only use this when you need to fix system error. For some selected type, you will see CSE flash beside normal flash. CSE flash used for fresh format your phone. Also, it used to downgrade or upgrade phone firmware.

7. If you click the normal flash button, then you will see next window as shown in the picture below. On this window, you can continue the process by click Start button

9. Now, go to your phone and turn off your LG X Mach.
11. Then connect your LG X Mach to the computer via USB cable while press and hold Volume Up button.

1. Always make a full back up of all data on your phone. You can use this guide to backup your phone data. Here
2. LG flash tool and LG driver must be correctly installed on the PC.
3. We highly recommend copy LG Stylo 3 Plus stock firmware in the same folder as LG flash tool 2014 folder.
4. Now, open LGflashtool2014.exe as administrator. How to open LGflashtool2014.exe as an administrator?
• Go to program window application (Lgflashtool2014.exe)
• Then, right-click the application with your mouse.
• Now, click/select open command window here
5. If LG flashtool2014 can't open, you may need to install Visual C ++ Runtime Library. Download Here and then try the previous step again.

• 1: Select type, you can choose CDMA or 3GQCT
• 2: from the Phone mode drop-down menu, select DIAG.
• 3: You can click the folder icon to load KDZ firmware into LG flash tool at the select KDZ file.
• 4: Select Normal flash or CSE Flash.
• Normal flash, it will Flash stock firmware without losing any data.
• CSE flash if you want upgrading, downgrading, boot looping, or just need to go back to original fresh stock. this task will delete everything stored in phone internal memory.


7. If you select the normal flash button, then you will open read phone information windows. Now click the start button.
8. It will open the Select country and language window. Don't check smartphone upgrade.

9. Go to your phone, and then Power Off the LG Stylo 3 Plus by press and hold the power button.
10. Then enter LG Stylo 3 Plus into download mode. How to do it?


• Once the LG Stylo 3 Plus completely power off, now connect it to the computer via USB cable while pressing down the Volume Up button.
• Once the LG Stylo 3 Plus is connected and recognized by the computer, it should show Download Mode with “Firmware Update” written on top of the phone screen.
11. Then, back to Select country and language window and click OK button.
